Timezones for teams.
PeerClock gives remote and distributed teams a clear view of each teammate's available hours and the windows when everyone's schedules overlap — all automatically converted to your timezone, so you always know the best moments to reach out.
Everything you need
to align across timezones
Three views, one source of truth. Everyone's working hours converted live to your local clock.
Timeline view
A 24h lane per teammate showing their working hours in your timezone, with a live now line that crosses the whole team.
Overlap view
An availability heatmap and a list of the best windows to schedule meetings — when most people are working at once.
Events & Calendar
Create events Google-Calendar style with month/week views, RSVP, meeting links, and bulk-invite entire subteams.
Auto timezone
We detect your timezone from your address and browser — no dropdowns to fuss with.
Custom subteams
Admins create their own subteams (Marketing, Engineering, …), allocate members and filter the dashboard with one popover.
12h or 24h
Toggle between AM/PM and 24h format. The choice is remembered per device.
SSO only
Sign in with Apple or Google. No passwords stored, ever.
How it works
From sign-in to your first overlap in less than a minute.
- 01
Sign in with Apple or Google
No email/password. We use SSO so onboarding takes seconds.
- 02
Tell us where you are
Your address auto-detects your timezone and your default working hours.
- 03
Invite your team
Share a secure invite link. Everyone joins the same organization.
Find the right time to meet
Stop pasting timezone math into Slack. The Overlap view shows the windows when most of the team is working — including how many people that is.
Respect off-hours
A glance shows who's already off the clock. No more 2am pings for a teammate three timezones away.
Whose timezone do I see?
Always yours. Every teammate's working hours are converted into your local clock, and their own timezone is shown next to their name.
Can I belong to multiple organizations?
No. Each account belongs to a single organization at a time. You can, however, be in multiple subteams (e.g. Marketing and Engineering) within that organization.
Can I invite people who don't have an account?
Generate an invite link and share it. They'll sign in with Apple or Google and land directly in your org.
Is PeerClock free?
Yes — PeerClock is free while in beta.
How are working hours detected?
On onboarding we read your address and browser to set your timezone and a default 9–18 working window. You can fine-tune it any time from your profile.
Can admins create custom subteams?
Yes. Org admins can create, rename and delete subteams (Marketing, Engineering, Sales…) and allocate members to one or more of them.
How does the events feature compare to Google Calendar?
PeerClock events live alongside the team timeline: pick a date and time, add a meeting link, invite individuals or whole subteams, and collect Yes / No / Maybe RSVPs.
Can I bulk-invite a whole team to an event?
Absolutely. When creating an event, click any subteam chip to invite every member of that subteam in one go.
What if my teammate forgets to RSVP?
They stay marked as Pending. The event creator can see exactly who hasn't replied yet to nudge them in your usual chat tool.
Do you store passwords?
Never. PeerClock only supports SSO via Apple and Google, so there's no password to leak.
Can I leave or switch organizations?
Yes. You can leave an org at any time from the dashboard, and admins can remove members or transfer ownership.
Will my data be sold?
No. We don't sell, share or train on your team's data. PeerClock is funded by future paid plans, not advertising.
